Investment description

One of the biggest media companies in Indonesia is aiming to be the leading traditional and digital media company in the country by implementing several key strategies and targets. In order to do so, the company would like to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) to implement the strategies and monitor progress against a set of agreed metrics, milestones, and resource allocation guideline.

WCA value creation

Developing Project Management Plan including key activities, work breakdown structure, schedule management plan, and risk management.
Monitoring all aspects of project implementations from time required to milestones.
Ensuring change control management are done for every project iteration.
Ensuring critical resource requirements for project implementations are escalated to the Steering Committee through both immediate meetings and monthly reports.
