WCA spearheaded an initiative to implement a game-changing business model in the media industry: a subscription-free Connected Lifestyle Appliance (CLA) purchase business model to sell subscriptions.

 

The novel service would offer a convergence service of channels (broadcast), broadband (telecom) and interactive content (internet convergence) + over-the-top (OTT) to the consumers. As such, strategic alliances with media groups and business partners were crucial

  • Advised on the pre-fundraising activities from development of a 5-year financial model and valuation, evaluation of capital requirement, and partnership strategy.

  • Developed strategies for including market entry, business model, capital structuring and exit.
